Design is not what it looks and feels like, it's how it works.

I am a web designer and developer with a focus on Information Architecture and User Interface Design. I have done a lot of graphic design in the past, but a good web designer knows more than just graphic design, but also knows how to code and keeps up with current industry standards and practices.

Most of my career I worked at web design firms dealing with multiple clients and projects. Currently I do contract work for an all in one Internet shop in Chicago and am a founding member of an Internet startup where I do all the design and development. Hopefully our site will launch later this year and I can go into more detail and post the project details.

With over ten years of experience designing and building all types of web sites, I strive to produce intuitive user interfaces within slick and dynamic designs that put substance ahead of flare.
